i got rid of my phone over a decade ago. i have no friends so no prob there. yeah i did have like a dosen phone numbers. but no one barely ever called, or cared when i was in trouble. if youre fidgety, just get a simple notepad. i mean, the paper sort. get some nice sakura pencils (lasts) or artline ones (easy to write with). compared to a smartphone theyre basically free. back in the days, people used to doodle all the time when on the phone, especially when they were literally stuck to a wall. me, i invented my own fonts. one i made into a tatu. its so easy to be creative, its so useless to scroll all day long. and while youre at it, get one of those oldschool scanners (your job probably has one built into the printer), get your own domain name and a low quality service provider and put up your doodles. photoshop them with krita. just invert makes them really stand out. put up your interests. write about your dog or cat or something. or your favorite flower. or what bands you like to listen to. i mean just the stream version of peoples accounts are nice sometimes, but what if they have 1k videos? how will you sort through all that?
